Will I be able to pop out to the shops if I forget anything? 

Please keep in mind that Zingela is a remotely positioned bushveld lodge, on the banks of the mighty Tugela River. There are no shops within an hours drive, so try not to run out of anything vital. 

What medical information will I need to know about the event?

A Paramedic will be at the event for the duration. First Aid qualified staff will be available at the event to deal with minor injuries. All entrants are expected to provide us with medical aid details before the start of the event.

Will I need my own hydration pack?

Yes, absolutely!

What do I need to bring for the accommodation?

Bath towels will be provided but please remember to bring your own swimming towels and loads of Sunscreen! It can also get a bit chilly on the banks of the Tugela so please bring an extra blanket if you are in tented accommodation.
